My wife tried to send the requested documents to CPC-M e-mail (PCC, CV, Travel History, Country-Specific documents) this morning. We got this inbox full response back. I know a lot of people had encountered this issue. What did you guys do?

We can send the documents via IRCC web form but we are not sure if that is the right thing to do or should we keep resending via email.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have got the same message. I was just trying to send the requested docs via email. Can someone tell what to do next? I tried to send them via webform but my file size is big. It only upload smaller than 2MB.

You don’t need a cover letter. Just a simple normal resume that you can google you can just put simple information name address phone number email, then education and work experience details nothing fancy.

Did you get any confirmation of receipt after you sent an email to them?
