No, you don't get it. The letters have already been submitted, but they are checking them and calling these people to validate. I don't have such close relationship with my former boss, so he would be aware of his phone calls since June. Then I reminded him of myself in September. But now it's already October.

It depends on your case. My first company does not exist anymore, so HR is not the option, but if the company still exist, then HR contacts should be sufficient in my opinion?

Guess what the numbers got updated for Nominations 6033 As of 10th October 2019. At least now we know last draw definitely had 600-800 OINP Candidates. It also tells us that OINP still has 900 more nominations in its Bag to issue. Which suggest that as of today majority candidates left are from 15 August draw and may be a few from 01 August. This may be a good sign for November onwards. Ontario numbers will decline for PNP.

In my case, my previous company's MD was the only person who would sign letters (experience and recommendations). HR was just a dummy kept to keep formalities at bay.

To be honest - I think it depends on your company structure.

At this time I was doing Bachelors of Business Administration (2008-2012). Now my question is how many years of skilled experience can I claim? I have worked 39 hours per week.

this is an extract of what is mentioned on NOC employment requirements:
Employment requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field or completion of two years (first level) of a recognized professional accounting program (e.g., Chartered Accounting, Certified General Accounting) or courses in accounting or bookkeeping combined with several years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.

does this mean that I can only claim post qualification experience (I.e. 2012-14)?

Thanks! I wasn't aware of the nominations update page. 6,033 till date is a tad better than I had thought.. if we are lucky, most of the remaining 900 should get nominated by October 30.
