Hey @robertp I think as per his/her post In process date is aug 7. Tracker shows in process for aug 21. Also she had additional document request that might he the reason it took long.

When I got the Sponsorship Approval letter, it had a list of documents that I should provide ASAP (if they were not sent already) such as Police certificate, CV/resume, country specific requirements, travel history etc.

Does anyone know how long they will wait? I'm guessing they'll wait a month, maybe. Should I send them an email if it's going to be late?

They gave an email address to send the additional documents, so I am thinking I'll send the things that can be sent electronically (such as CV/resume) and add an explanation that the other documents (originals required) will be following by snail mail in November 2019.

Any other suggestions?

Hey Guys.. Those who are waiting for Decision Made and ecas status is IN PROCESS.

Can you see any reason(which can make it delay) by looking at your application.

Like in my case my ecas Status is IP since Sept 19. I am thinking my PIL he worked in Military and his BC is in process since I linked application to my CIC(aug 11). according to me that may be the reason that they are doing some kind of pre-screening.
Also I got my parents PR this year under 2018 PGP. So my application may not be in high priority to CIC or they might have to do additional check other than simple our income check they might need to check whether my parents took any grants from government or not.

These above are my guess. So you may think for your application and possible share here.
We might find some common ground

they can do it without it as well....all they need is passport. My parents did it without it.

This is an incorrect information. Please provide the details when, where and for what purpose this medical was done.

I have sent queries to differnt locations via email. And as per Dubai panel physician, upfront can be done on File no.

I am not sure yet. I will talk with them on phone to get it confirmed.

Just curious as per general medical instructions how they do upfront for visitor, worker categories?

It's different for each category. For PR application, you cannot do upfront medical.

but the ecas of my father as principal applicant for permanent residence is already decision made and I don’t know what it means. I tried to call to find out but it’s hard to contact them. I guess I just need to wait for the next couple of weeks.

I've submitted my documents June 24. No AoR yet up this point. I just moved to a new address. Was wondering if AoR is sent thru post mails or email? Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

You can still call CIC to update address, they will give you temporary application number (as you didnt receive AOR) and with help of that temporary application number you can update contact information through webform.
