Guys, I think all of you guys are working in ON and applied for PNP, how long are you working in ON ? do you guys know if there is any changes in Job Title or Salary what effect does it has on ON PNP application or later after PR application?

I am working in Ontario from last one year .

by the way, is there anybody knew whether Ontario will do any draw target for valid job offer like last year?
they have done this three times last year, but not happen this year yet.
