Do we send ALL pages of passport or the ONLY the stamped ones
What about the old passport (within last 10 years) with stamps ?
My understanding is we need to send both new and old passport ALL pages. Please confirm
If they have asked for passport copy then all pages otherwise only the stamped pages including old passport within last 10 years, inclusive of bio pages
sponsorship application status and Permanent residence application status changed to in-Process from Application-received on OCT-10th
Application was received on May 27th.
Aor was received on Sep9th @YULIA-2016
Hello everyone, this is my first time visiting at the forum. I have sent my papers to CIC in Canada to sponsor my mother on June 17 2019 and paid all fees but no response. The question is should we wait until a response from CIC to do the bio-metric exam or just do it anyways? I sent fee to pay it. Any help is appreciated. thank you
I called today again and the agent told me your application looks fine but no progress since 2 weeks ago that I called. He said that they have not even started to review my income eligibility!
He confirmed that pre-assessment is done for every applicant which is bullshit and 90% of the applications take 2 years to process lol
I really don't trust them any more
There is no way the pdf will be less than 5 MB if I include ALL pages of current and last passport, PCC, Resume, Travel and Birth related documents
How did you guys managed it to get it under 5 ?

You have to wait couple of more weeks to get AoR, BIO letter, if applicable will come 2-3 months from that time frame and you need that letter to do the BIO.

The biggest challenge will be to get the size of attachments under 5MB's. Use the File > Save as> Optimized PDF feature while saving the pdf files. Make sure images are down to 150 psi with jpeg compression at Medium quality. Embed fonts, Transparency (low level), discard alt images, discard user data and in clean up select compress entire file.

Lol I called today. She told me everything is fine with your application. But sometimes they have to do some extra checks. They have to request some additional Information which makes u see in process for longer time. She also said u see other people getting it withi days is because everyone's history is different.

I called them last week and have been told that they are doing BG check on my parents. Although I think that's could be wrong because the BG check for the applicants should be processed at stage 2. But anyway the guy has confirmed the BG check on my parents but not me, because it's not necessary to do BG check on the sponsor. And also, they are still working on the sponsorship eligibility on me. Anyway, everything is fine with my application, it's normal process bla bla bla. Basically, it doesn't help at all.
