I sent my appliation the date 09/23/2019 by a 24 hr delivery carrier service from Montreal Qc. The service said it was delivered the day after. I am still not able to link my application with the CIC system:
1.-Is that normal?
2.- Do you receive any type of official notification from the federal gov when your documentation package has been receibed?
I have been doing all by my sef whit all the stress that cames whit it, finding this blog is quite refreshing.

You will be able to link your application after you've received the AOR. Receiving AOR means your application is complete and is fed into IRCC systems.
Unfortunately it is taking anywhere between 6 to 12 weeks for AORs, so the best you can do is wait.

Im applying inside Canada and send my paper work on 09/24/2019.
I believe you need AOR first to log onto ECAS... AOR has your application number and UCI. You use one of those IDs to log onto ECAS.. otherwise it will not work
