I have some question regarding SINP Work Experience Points Calculation.
Based on below information, can please someone tell me how much point I can score in Work Experience Section for SASKATCHEWAN
I have serious conflict with my agent for this sentence; Work experience gained over the last ten years is weighted. Applicants get two points for each year worked in the intended occupation in the most recent five years, and one point for each year from the six to ten year period prior to applying, up to a maximum of 15 points.

In your case it will be 7 years. Also note that you will need letter from your employer sowing your job duties to determine that it is in line with the NOC you declared.
Plus you will need 3 additional documents (1 government issued) confirming your experience.
That is why I may not proceed with this application since getting 3 additional documents will be quite complicated and virtually impossible.
You need full years, i.e. uninterrupted 12 months to get points. So, in your case
15-04-12 - 30-05-13 | 13.5 Months = 1 year
15-06-13 - 31-05-15 | 23.5 Months = 1 year
01-08-15 - 31-12-15 | 5 Months = 0 years
01-01-16 - 15-08-19 | 43.5 Months = 3 years
Therefore,
(A) Work experience during the most recent five years prior to application
Answer - 3 years = 6 points
(B) Work Experience during the six to ten year period prior to application
Answer - 2 years = 2 points
Total: 8 points
Each letter of reference for each job position must be accompanied by at least three additional documents showing proof of employment. At least one of these documents must be Government issued.
In Azerbaijan we have e-government system which has been active for like 7 years and whenever someone needs some document/certificate from government he can get it online via personal account. The document is delivered in PDF format and has bar code that confirms its authenticity.
Do you think a document issued in such form will suffice?
Also, my work experience is 10 years, which will be noted in my reference letter from the employer. However, in the documents taken from my online account (if accepted) only 7 years of work experience will be provided.
It is okay. You can enclose documents with bar code as your job proof, they are more reliable . What is the problem.
You can enclose explanation letters as well to clarify.
You can use salary slips, Touring bills, Quotations, orders, correspondence etc. As proof.

I have few questions while filling out SINP EOI under express entry sub category. Please help.
My NOC is 2173(Software Engineer) as my occupation is Software test analyst and I do both manual as well as automation.
1. Do I need any professional license before submitting EOI?
2. Also do we need to get license from CISP or APEG?
3. If I need to have any license, I heard we are given 1 year after getting invite to get the license and submit it to SINP?
4. Also until we don't get professional license, will our process stays there or we can get PR and even we can land in Saskatchewan and then submit our professional license.
5. Also I already have WES document by document evaluation. Do I need to upgrade it as well or getting professional license?

That is a good idea. As I understand we do not necessary need to support our entire work experience. Anyway I wrote them an e-mail regarding the same and see what I will get.
Meanwhile, I have sent couple of letters to various state bodies asking them to provide me some information about the work history, hope I will get a decent answer. These government letters are basically the hardest documents for me to get. Once I have them I guess I will be able to file my application.
Maybe I can also get a letter from the bank stating that I was receiving a salary from my employer for a certain period of time, the time we have been using the said bank.
I have applied for PNP a week before only. Due to some management reasons, I have asked my HR to provide me experience letter. I’m concerned that if I get ITA after 3 months, will they consider my experience letter?

I have done Masters in Microbiology & Diploma, Bachelors in MLT. My NOC IS 2221.
My question is - As NOC 2221 comes under regulated & licensed occupation. It is mentioned by SINP that - "If your education is in a discipline other than agrology, the SIA will not assess your credentials. Provide your educational credential assessment (ECA) from a designated organization"
Which ECA I have to submit. I already had done my ECA through WES for Express Entry profile. I have seen on WES upgraded ECA'S document by document OR course by course.... I am not clear what is this all about?
Also if I upgrade it, do I have to send back all transcripts in sealed envelope as done earlier OR my current ECA will work.
