Im having issue with VFS Dhaka. They need a appointment for biometric submission. Their online system is down. Therefore, they cant take any appointments. Meanwhile, they do not have any workaround for this issue, such as any walk in service. My mother's deadline is on oct 25. I have no idea if they can resolve their issue before that. Should i report this to ircc?? Its frustrating as they should have workaround while they fix the issue.

Do we need to submit both cv and resume or either one of cv or resume? in the email it says cv/resume so im assuming ti means either one? honestly, my parents are 79, it probably doesnt matter....

If parent already lives in Canada for several years, can I assume "Canada" is their country of residence and hence the travel history shpuld capture travels made outside of Canada only? The IMM 5562 reads:
List all trips you have taken outside of your country or origin or of residence in the last ten years.

Just a reminder that your parents are not living in Canada they have been visiting Canada for years. There is a big difference.

Canada is NOT their country of residence.

& Travel history must include ANY travels they made from any country.

Guys:
Travel history (IMM5562): There is no place to sign this document, right?
Also, Passport copies: does one have to submit passport scans covering the last 10 years (my mother's current passport is less than a year old, but she has no travel history in last 10 years. Old passport has a lot of visa stamps, but none after 2007).

No signature required.

Regarding the no. of pages, it's little ambiguous. In any case, you should send all the pages of the current passport.

My parents did their Biometrics @ VFS Dhaka. That appointment requirement is a new system. You should definitely ask for an extension from IRCC since they'll only give you 30 days for bio to be completed.

Also check out if any other major cities have VFS office where you can travel and provide the bio. Eg; Chittagong and Sylhet usually have VFS branch.
