@deleter Hi! do you mind if i ask what documents were requested from you? Im asked to provide PCC and chinese Hukou, and wonder if i dont need to notarize the documents, thank you in advance!
It doesn’t matter what document it is. If not in English it has to be translated and as I said before, if the translator is ATIO certified, there is no need to notarize copies. mine was death certificate, two birth certificates, police certificate, entry and exit stamps in passport
The IMM 5562, does it capture all the travel histories from all the passports? There is something missing, no need to be alarmed by the letter...just go throgh the travel timeline and make sure there is no gap.
If parent already lives in Canada for several years, can I assume "Canada" is their country of residence and hence the travel history shpuld capture travels made outside of Canada only? The IMM 5562 reads: List all trips you have taken outside of your country or origin or of residence in the last ten years.

Guys:
Travel history (IMM5562): There is no place to sign this document, right?
Also, Passport copies: does one have to submit passport scans covering the last 10 years (my mother's current passport is less than a year old, but she has no travel history in last 10 years. Old passport has a lot of visa stamps, but none after 2007).
Is anyone able to tell me how to submit the biometric payment on the webform? What should I choose as type of application/inquiry? I would appreciate your help if you have already done this part. Thanks
They didn’t ask but again if the stamps are not in English, how are they gonna understand them? I have had the same issue before with the stamps so this time I did it proactively.
But remember, all they want that the dates are in English. They don’t care about other wordings. For example if the word “entry” is in another language, that doesn’t matter. (Example stamps in Turkey) But if the date, 2018/01/01 is written in another language then you need to have them translated. (Example stamps in Iran)
Do we need to submit both cv and resume or either one of cv or resume? in the email it says cv/resume so im assuming ti means either one? honestly, my parents are 79, it probably doesnt matter....

Hi - Please update line 283, received email on Oct 4 to provide police certificate, CV, country specific requirements, travel form imm5562. The application will be processed at CPC-Mississauga.
could you please advise if there should be a deadline for providing the above info? I don't see any in the email. Many Thanks.

Guys, you better call IRCC to verify. I didn't read country specific requirements in details so I'm not sure if Hukou need to be notarized. If so, you'll have a hard time to do it here through the embassy/consulate, then better do it in China. If no, just get a certified translation.
When mine was requested, the letter did specify a certified translation copy would do.
Comment : Additional documents such as sponsors birth certificate, applicants marriage certificates, applicants photo, Travel History form (not IMM5562E), etc.
