I have received my study permit for September intake today. But there is no class at this time and I have requested a deferral for January intake. They have approved it but still, they have not sent me the new offer letter. I am going to submit my passport next week but what should I do for that? appreciate any recommendation.

Exactly the same situation. You must submit your passport ASAP because a decision has already been made on your application. Before travel to Canada, you need a new offer as proof of your deferral to show CBSA officer after landing.

Hi sorry for the late reply.
14 June Upfront medical exam
18 June Submission
12 July Medical request (again asked me to do)
......... No update at all
Until 30 of September (Medical pass, Correspondance letter, original passport request).
Those have been applied in August or September PLEASE be patient and do not fill out any webform for just one week or two-week delay. As much as you send a webform, your application will be delayed. And also every application is different and they have to go through lots of thing. The only thing that I recommend is to be patient and keep focusing on other staff. DO NOT WORRY......
