My question is I know i need proper financial support to sponsor parent's but is there any other way to get my parents in Canada, like 10 years multiple visa

Did you get Generic PCC email before? Also, did they ask for Birth Certificate or Resume as well?

No. It is not generic. The letter specifically asks for Primary applicant's PCC and Travel history and spouse's PCC. Spouse's travel history is part of primary applicant's travel history form.

Our application was received on May 15th and Application has been in process since August 29th, 2019 anyone in the same situation? We are stumped as to what is taking the background check so long.. no updates!

By the way, is there any generic medical questionnaire that applicants should fill at doctor's office? Ideally I'd like to have it so my mom can familiarize herself with medical terms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no questionnaire to fill. Blood and urine samples will be taken. X-ray will also be done. Doctor will ask her about her past medical history, if she has had any surgery, additionally will ask names of medicines she is currently taking. My parents took medicines with them to show to doctor instead of trying to remember the names and salts.

Question re: Spanish PR card of my parents.

I initially submitted PR card copies of my parents from Spain along with the translations.
But my dad’s PR card was expiring in Sept, he got it renewed.
Should i send the new copy? Or only if it is requested then?
