sorry for late update,
Delhi Immigration department contact me on 15 September 2019 regarding my dad's death certificate.
1) they want now in english and original and translated one.
2) police clearance certificates -India and Canada.
3) travel history form

I sent them everything today. now only waiting for medical . almost everything done.
biometrics done on 15 september 2019.

By the way, is there any generic medical questionnaire that applicants should fill at doctor's office? Ideally I'd like to have it so my mom can familiarize herself with medical terms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
