it depends, if you are lucky and sends to CPC-M it will gonna be faster than MVO. Its case to case basis

I was waiting for Decision to be made, but I received letter asking for additional information. I'm wondering what the following statement means?? If we provide them with the requested document(s), is this mean the decision has been made????

If the tests confirm the relationship, we will be in position to proceed with process of your application or issue new medical instructions if present medical results have expired by that time.

Doesn't seem as if decision has been made simply provide the substantial evidence then they will review file and make decision.

Just an information for ppl waiting to get CSQ after request : (i saw a few cases from july august... they are not yet at that date)

The Department is currently receiving an exceptional volume of family sponsorship cases. As a result, it has become impossible to meet the 25-day deadline set out in the Customer Service Statement.

However, be assured that these delays will not affect the timelines for issuing permanent resident visas to sponsored persons. MIFI and IRCC work together to ensure that your file is processed and visas are issued in a timely manner. Arrangements have also been made so that you do not have to worry about the date of issuance of the Québec Selection Certificate. The MIFI is in charge of making the link with the IRCC.

The Department is currently processing applications received up to:

- June 18, 2019 for a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child;
- July 19, 2019 for other family members.

Wait time information is updated regularly.

I too just received the same email, transferring to LVO. PA is Romanian. Hope it goes quickly for us!

Could ask for updated Police check, additional documents or advise of interview. Then you would be expecting pre-arrival and lastly PPR.

It just depends on the agent that is completing your application.
