Second NG is actually false or true depending on what the exact question was (I forgot the question). There is no need to contact the company as they will provide all information regarding placement after company's acceptance

Yes, so the question was that candidates will then get in touch with their company
But its written no where
Rather, it was that this agency will provide the company trainee details and after that noting was mentioned so i put NG

There were 2 questions:
One was asking how long to wait before contacting them to receive the parcel. There was another question asking how long they will keep the package before returning to sender and it's answer is 1 week.

My logic behind answering book loan is because it was listed as "facilities available for members are:
