Is having your application forwarded to Mississauga a good or bad thing? Our application has also been transferred there.

The Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M) will typically assess the sponsorship application. Thereafter, it would need to provide a recommendation on the sponsor’s eligibility and review the applications for permanent residence for completeness.

Received in Sydney Processing center July 26th. RECEIVED AOR1 September 25th. 2 months! Good luck all.

Also, received bio-metrics request September 25th, and Sponsorship approval September 26th.

Looks like they're finally moving along.

Where are you checking that says the fingerprints are needed? I gave my fingerprints but never receivd any confirmation they were received either.

I contacted IRCC using the online form asking to confirm that the biometrics were received. I haven't received an email update, but when I checked the online account today, my account was updated to say the biometrics were completed.

RIP....just got buried in the Singapore Visa Office. Looking at the spreadsheets for this year, it will take almost a month for AOR2 then another 80-90 days for request for Medical Certificate. Sigh.

I received AOR2 from Singapore Office in 7 days.

Hi guys, today we received email about our file being moved to VO. We will take some time to do biometrics and medicals due to the appointment dates that we got are in October, but we are quite happy that the file is moving along. Our timeline below:

App Received: July 26, 2019
AOR: September 17, 2019
SA: September 24, 2019
PA ECAS (IP): September 17, 2019
Biometrics requested: September 23, 2019
Biometrics completed:
Medicals requested: September 24, 2019
Medicals completed:
