For the panel physician, i agree we need to mention this and provide the reports.

i.e. My dad’s case, he had skin cancer almost 6 years ago and was operated and is doing ok.
We mentioned this to the PP on his super visa medical and reporta were provided.

We will mention this to PP on his PGP medical too. But i did not mention it on the form 5669, which I thought is only asking for present serious conditions, may be i misunderstood but for sure there was no intention of hiding it as they already have these details in his super visa’s medicals.

So this user is asking the same thing about his/her mother, if they need to mention it on the form 5669 or it should just be mentioned to the PP once they do the medical exam?

Indeed, Biometric is instantaneous and should show up the minute it's completed in myCIC.

Could you please elaborate on this? How do we know if sending PCC proactively, affects processing in a bad way or not?

I uploaded PCC proactively before IME. The file (touchwood) is progressing smoothly so far...We are now basically waiting for DM for PA / PPR...

No, it was melanoma. And i know it is one of the dangerous types of skin cancers.
But i did not mention it on the 5669.
But for sure it is not to hide it, because I have asked my dad to get all the reports from his dermatologist who was following up with him since 6 years, so that we can show this to panel physician.
And it was mentioned to the panel physician and reports were provided to IRCC at that time when he did his medicals for super visa in 2017.

My ECAS is updated for medical received and myCIC shows the updated Biometric 10 year expiry date. The address I put in the mailing address and residential address in imm0008 is out of Canada as my parents live outside Canada. However the address on top of the medical and biometric request letters was my Canadian Address and the file went to Mississauga. I am not sure why. Do I need to contact CIC for this address issue?

Also at what stage will CIC send the police certificate request? Are candidates providing it ahead of request?
