I recently got PR but in application i had mentioned that spouse and kid are not accompanying. Is there way i can still take them with me may be on visitor visa and then sponsor them?
Your advice is highly appreciated
Hello! guys a question, does having the Solidarity tax credit affect the issuance of the CSQ? Would this count as a government assistance? Can they reject my application for this?
Thank you

Read section two of the document I sent you on file link above , there is a topic on SpecificCase social assistance program under family class .
Section 1.3.3
Thank you. I'll apply for their work visa and study visa now and if that gets issued before I am required to land, i'll take them along with me. Is that ok? will it cause any problem at Border?

In your previous post, you said you got PR. You need to be clear about your situation. You didn't get PR, you got your COPR and have yet to land.
They can't apply for a work visa and study visa. They can apply for TRVs to come as visitors but given the fact that you declared them non-accompanying, I'd day there is little chance of approval.
