Question to seniors. I received a letter from Amman embassy for my dad. They asked for police certificate from Jordan, Turkey and England. Well he lived in Turkey for 4 years in the 1960's and lived in England in the 1970's for 2 years. Is that a mistake or they actually require police certificate from countries he lived 40 and 50 years ago?! Thanks.

Yes, You(PA) and any family member 18 or older may need to get a police certificate, you need to get PCC from all country where you stay more than 6 month since age 18.
I had the same thing on Aug 19 and I called IRCC 4 days later and agent told me that we sent additional document request on PA myCIC account and I told him nothing there as well. Then agent told me that we need spouse death certificate. And he emailed me the ways to send it. I used webform.
Hi, my ECAS had the same info about a correspondence sent Aug 19 for which I did not receive any email. I called and they said it was for checking sponsor eligibility and they confirmed they did not request anything. Exactly one month later Sept 19, I got biometrics request. Just give it some time.
No movement / updates in myCIC since IME was completed (Max Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, India) on Sept 5th.
Hospital has confirmed that results were uploaded on the 3rd day and provided confirmation. Uploaded the confirmation through webform just to make sure that IRCC knows that we completed the medicals within the 30day window...Received acknowledgement email as well.
@robertp and @YULIA-2016 Please update tracker for us - eCAS showing application received today. Haven't tried linking yet, guessing tomorrow is more likely.

1)After you login to MyCIC, you click on Link App to this Account button. Choose Permanent Residence in category and Family Class (Parents & Grandparents) in sub-category. This will open all the required fields you will need to fill up.
2) In the passport section, enter the info as seen in the originally sent passport of PA. you can use passport # and date or place.
3) Match the city and province name you entered in the original application.
4) count # of Family member = [ Sponsor + if Cosigner ] do not count kids + [PA + if Dep]
5) open link to see more details.
My application reached on 3rd June. Ecas was updated about 10 days ago and it shows the status - Application received. However, I have not received any email with AOR yet. Anyone in the same boat? I am a bit concerned as it seems June 3 applicants already received their AORs. Also, when I try to link my application in myCIC, it is not able to find the application information.
