yes only after AOR . though it can technically happen if someone gets AOR and it goes to spam (n he/she doesn't get hold of that) and still gives a try to ECAS and its there

1) Married and both applying for Citizenship
2) Days met - 1195
3) Application sent on Sat 21st Sept....should've been there by now but a delay of 24 hours courtesy of the wonderful Canada Post and I paid stupid money to have it sent
Please let me know if anything else if required in terms of info

Regarding Canada Post, if you paid for express post or something similar with guaranteed delivery time, you can file a complaint and get reimbursed if they did not meet the promised delivery time.

Location is Caledon, Ontario and in respect of Canada Post the item was delivered this morning and I've claimed a refund already of $50 for late arrival.
