Pls chk this thread..they might be able to help u out more..But usually for PNP it is around 4 months to get PPR if all docs r in place

Thanks as of now its been approx 2 months as i submitted the profile on 27 July 2019.
I always thought that the Bg checks are done in pnp before issuing ita.

I’m in Canada with a work permit. I don’t have any ties here.

Depends at what stage it happens. As far as I can see, your documents were delivered on 29 Aug so you shud expect ur file no by end of Sep. From there +/- 10/12 days for Nomination which makes it mid October. You will be able to catch a draw before your ielts expiry i.e mid November. Once ITA is accepted, change in clb does not impact.

It is really hard to say. There are a lot of candidates being selected in NOC 1241, but it really hard to predict the next draw
