I'll be completing one year of employment with my employer in Calgary under ICT (Intra company tranfer) category on closed work permit in first week of October 2019.
I need to know whether or not I can claim 50 points of job offer ?
Offer details :
I have a contract/ offer letter from my employer till 31st December 2020.
As per calculation, It is coming as 14-14.5 months ( given I get an ITA in mid-october).
I'm confused because CIC website says "1 year after you get a PR"
You need a new letter that explicitly says your employer wants to keep you employed for a year after you get your PR. You can't use the letter you have right now.
@Goose, For an CEC inland, If a person is already employed in Canada, I fail to understand the meaning of "One year after PR" statement. I feel, it very generic statement they have made.

And the other thing that I want to know is : CIC portal only asks for months of employment not specific dates. As I have started in mid of month in October last year, As per CIC EE profile, its already one year here.
But on calculation, I have still short of fews days to 365. What do you suggest ?
Any thought, for next draw say 2nd October, I will be 3 days short for 365 days/52 weeks but system calculates it as 1 year. Should I go for an ITA or not ?
No, you will not qualify. You'll get the ITA, but when you submit all your documents, the agent can easily reject your application. You should wait for the next ITA cycle where you're definitely past the one year mark.
Also, I assume you are adding the 50 points despite not having a valid job offer, right? You can expect to be rejected for that as well.

I would not recommend you claiming Job offer, it will either get rejected or will be struck in review required. You can refer my comment in below thread for my reasoning.

He won't get outright rejected since you get asked about the LMIA approval of your job offer on selecting yes to the valid job offer question on your EE profile. If the answer is no he gets no points but still has to provide a job offer letter, along with his Letter of Employment.
That is not correct, there are certain classes of LMIA-exempt work permit holders who may be eligible for the valid job offer points, but as 21Goose points out, they have to provide a written offer of FUTURE employment (either permanent, or at least one year, after becoming a permanent resident).
However much you may dislike this requirement, lots of people are able to get such letters and take advantage of this opportunity.
