Sorry to hear that. Did they put any initial,sign,note,date... on your application form? If yes then I think you can just put necessary check mark and send it back. Because you filled your form less than a month ago then everything will be fine and you don't need to change the form and update presence form.

Guys, PawManya's case is a new situation we have here because normally they check form's content just before entering data for AOR It usually takes 60 days after delivery date but as we can see here they checked form's content after 22 days! It's very good saving time for applicant and application can back on track sooner.

I am posting this for my girlfriend. Originally, we sent her application on May 2019 but they returned hers because of the missing explanation on her passport validity gap.

Yes, there is an initial as well as some code on top of my application in red ink. They have returned all my documents except the checklist so I'll add another copy of it and send the entire set back after ticking off that 1 box. I'm just going to add another completed form to be safe.

Hi! My girlfriend have the same case as yours. She forgot to tick the same box (which they highlighted upon return) and the explanation of her passport validity gap. It was good for you as they returned the application right away. For
My girlfriend, it took 2 months to receive the papers back. They removed the checklist too and there were some red noted on the first page of the application form. The agent told us that you can send the old one as long as the information needed are clear. But my girlfriend preferred filling up a new form because the old ones got holes on them on the left side.
