Today PA received email asking PCC and Travel history form. Email received from "DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca".

Question:

1. where to download Travel History form?
2. How and where to sent ?

Note: My Ecas for PR application revert back from In process to Appl received after my file transfer to NDVO.

I just got travel history form request and they didn't ask for citizenship / resident document !!!! I believe requirements vary for everyone. It will probably be your PA passport copy. Maybe someone else can answer better.

Generally NDVO sending PCC with travel history , In your case they sent medical first but not PCC.
soon you will get PCC request
