Not the news that anyone wants to hear, just woke up to a refusal.

1) PG Diploma was missing from WES Summary so the officer concluded I do not have two degrees.
2) Officer was not satisfied I worked for the employer I declared since I didn't provide IT returns. I had a low salary so I was tax exempt. My employer provided with a salary certificate mentioning I was tax exempt, payslips but still employer was not convinced.
3) Gift deed was not accepted even though the funds has been sitting in my account for more than a year collecting interest.

Oh well back to the good old Ray of Hope days

Hi Priya, as I said earlier, either you will get te medical request or they will extend your medical so that you will get some buffer to land.
If they extend your medicals, you will get PPR very soon. If they ask you for re medical then once you have submitted the doc may be within 10 days from remedical you will get PPR.
Just relax

Nothing to worry. You have already waited for more than 10 months , just few more days. Relax and enjoy Indian hospitality

Guys, finally my time’s come! I can’t believe i’m writing my own timeline; PPR it is!!

ITA: 3rd Oct
AOR: 28th nov
Medical passed: 7th Jan
BG check: 17th Jan
Looooong silence!!
Remedical request: 21st Aug
Remedical done: 30th Aug
Remedical passed: 8th sept
PPR: 10th sept according to letter (11th sept IST)

Noc code: 0631 & 1123

Made calls, wrote to MP, Ordered GCMS notes in between and it was at par with what the agents told over the fone. Since jan 17 the status was; Eligibility Met, Criminality Passed, Security Not started. No one touched my file for 7 months but once they did it was just a matter of clearing the remedicals.

This forum has helped me learn a lot of things, a big thank you to everyone! See Ye guys on the other side super soonish!!

Any idea when the hospital uploaded and when you took the test. My remedical was submitted on 17th. Got request on same day as you 30th august.

The hospital normally uploads in next day. I took the exam on Sep 3, and CIC showed it passed on 9.

Ordered notes in May doubts about SS and confirmed by Ralph reply.
Got Re-med on Aug 30, took the medical exam on Sep 3, CIC showed it passed on Sep 9.

I know this immigration process is really making jokes to everyone, who suffered a lot. But do not lose faith and you will get the email eventually!

Just had a question, did Ralph confirm about comprehensive security screening in his reply...... I mean, ss can be known by him...... And took 6 months to clear ss??
