Thanks a lot to the group members for sharing the information. The information helps me to take patience.
Finally got the PPR on 28-Aug-2019. Received after 23 months of application (in federal part). Passports have been submitted last week. I am from Bangladesh.
Now how many days normally it takes to get VISA, any idea?
Thanks

I see. Medicals can be done last since it is very easy to pass compared to the unpredictable course of BC or Security Screening. Some got their PPR weeks after Medicals so just stay tune! Good luck on your application!
I changed my job 4 or 5 times after i became a worker, and all of those jobs i did quit without giving a notice to the employer. (I just didnt show up at the work and left them a text or an email that i am quitting)
Does it impact negatively?
If you did something illegal, if you worked with illegal documents, if you stayed illegally in Quebec/Canada that is a problem, otherwise stop worry about it!
A friend of mine who applied in Dec 2017 got his MR in July 2019. So your case isn't surprising. Don't worry, you will get Medical Request very soon, which most likely will be immediately followed by DM.
