Another quick question - iam sending my documents today. Are APPLICATION REQUEST FORM and APPLICATION FORM one and the same.

Request form is for the university to start the transcripts process.
The application form is the one you download after payment of fee from the IQAS portal.

I have a question regarding choosing the agency for getting my ECA. I want to get my 2 year MBA degree from an Indian state university assessed. Can someone guide me on the bast agency apart from WES? What are the general timelines for each of these agencies?

My timelines so far.
Application submitted online- March 18th, 2019
Documents and transcripts delivered together in a sealed envelope--April 4th
Aor 1 and 2-- August 2nd
Final Review -- September 12th
Please, how long from now should I expect ECA??

December probably. 4 months after delivery of documents.

Wait for Monday I guess. Its Sunday and about 8pm in Edmonton as of now. The status changes on working days, rarely happens on non working ones.

Final review : 13th sep

Just wait for 2 to 3 weeks for the final report.
Fluctuations can occur any day within 2 weeks. Rarely, it takes about a month.
