In reading the last few messages, it seems that people who got their AOR in July (and mostly the first half of July) are getting their cases changed to IP

One quick question: Can I safely assume now that my file will not be sent back to me because of any errors/omissions in application package? I was a little worried about meeting the 1,095 threshold since my app had only 1,099 and it was a bit thin margin.

You should be fine! The AOR essentially means you meet the basic requirements and there's no issue with your # of days of physical presence. IRCC may still ask for additional information if they require it, though.
