Just curious, why it took 1.5 month to submit extra test? And, what kind of test were requested?

Along with consultation with Cardiologist as directed in e-medical notes, she had to undergo ECHO, ECG and Stress ECHO. Due to back and forth communication between e-file notes and doctor comments my parents had to visit Mohali almost every week, until all the details were clarified according toe-medical comments against IME# and tests recommended by Cardiologist. He wrote his opinion only after all the recommended observations and tests were done. So due to traveling from our home town to Mohali (City in India), my parents had to re-book appointments every week and after 5 weeks or 5 visits we got doctor's opinion report.

When i got my PR the medical test was really simple and straightforward, i am noticing that for PGP the test is more advanced and they pay more attention to details.

Is this true or it's the same tests for both cases ?

@robertp Line 180 - Happy to share that just got biometrics instruction letters for my parents in my father's myCIC account. My parents are here with me in GTA. We returned from one week vacation in Chicago and will now take them to Buffalo for biometrics. They have US visitor visas.
