Have you noticed that a guy who submitted his application on August 1st has already received PPR? It is amazingly fast! It causes me to wonder how many days it actually takes to process security check. There is another thread on this forum where a detailed comment on security check said that on average it takes about 62 days, then how could it be possible that some people get PPR within a month? There are lots of things about IRCC that we may never be able to understand...

yea true, but thats the average time and not the minimum time, which means it can be done faster than that just that the majority of times it takes a while.

It happens and always happend, small % will receive very quick PPR (within 6-8 weeks) then average is 180 days or so, and then there are small % who wait long, i.e. 8-14 months)...
