Hello all, I submitted my application to sponsor my parents on May 29th. It was delivered June 3rd. Since then I have not received any update from CIC. Is this normal or do I need to contact CIC to find out what's going on? Please advise. Is there anyone else in same boat like me?

Yes, same here. Mine reached on June 4th and no AOR yet. Like you I haven't called them yet.
