I am a July 12 applicant. I was just going through JUNE 2019 applicants group and saw this time line:

Application Received - June 13, 2019
AOR - August 1, 2019
SA - August 12, 2019
Bio-metrics Request - August 9, 2019
Medical Request - August 12, 2019
Bio-metrics Passed - August 14, 2019
Medical Passed - August 24, 2019
Decision Made - September 4, 2019

It seems quite fast, is this an encouraging sign?? Or its a normal pace?

Anyone has the same experience? I’ve (Sponsor) been checking ecas everyday, and it says that they started processing apps yesterday, Sept 4.We haven’t receive AOR and we do have a representative. How long usually it will take to get AOR once the Ecas says in process. TIA.

And also we received AOR but my sponsor (husband) forgot to pay our dep child.
