Nope, but this is a very common occurance. Fill it out again (or print out the same one if nothing has changed since you submitted originally), print it, sign it, submit it.

I found new form for imm5669 that is updated since 06-2019 is it ok to use this new updated form or should i used the old one that i sent before?

Didnt realize there was a new one. Yes, always use the most current version.

The form i used last time was 2018 . What would be the form i will used the current one or the form that i used the last time?please what is the advisable form i need to send? They are asking also to bear a original signature

I really need help with schedule A i have the new latest version of schedule 06-2019 but the problem is that it doesn't have validation option and i have to to upload it without validation but the cic account didn't accept it.

I do not know. Follow whatever it says in the guide. I believe there is also a link to a help centre question about validation issues

what does CiC told you ? No validation form is not valid? I sent the new form of imm5669 version 06-2019 a while ago
