My question: is it possible for me to get my report before that exact date?

What isbthe exact wording of the status? Dis it say something like "your report is due for completion on 09/30/2019 or did it reallly stated "your report will be ready by 30/09/2019? If this is the case,then it's new status. Usually the status after we have receive your docs will contain "due for completion on blah blah, we are reviewing your report or final review of report.

Okay. I think you just got due for completion date. I have seen few people posted on this thread that they got their ECA report well before their due dates. So you should get yours before the due date too according to the current trends. I got my second ECA report 7 days before the due date as well. Supposed to be completed on 9 Aug but got email report had been completed on 2nd Aug and was able to download and view the electronic report as well as submitted my EE profile the same day.

there was a delay from university, the transcript reached wes on 20/7/2019

since then:

WES generally takes 15-20 business days to complete. So, keep watching the space for any updates.

Hi, can you please share complete timeline of your WES process.

My dear it's been a crazy experience. I can't remember most of the dates so bear with me:
Late March : creation of profile and payment of fees
2nd week of April : documents sent and received.
Late April: documents sent back to my school for secondary verification
June: documents received and accepted except my ND ( my school sent an incomplete transcript)
Second week of June : complete transcript sent
Late June: ND sent back to my school do secondary verification
August 12: documents verified by my school and sent back to WES ( after waiting for almost 3 months I had to contact wes to use FedEx, apparently the first one sent by Canada post was taking too long to get to my school . I paid extra 85Cad )
August 22: we received your document ...
August 31: .....due for completion 30/9.....

Wait till that day if you are lucky you may get your report few days before 23rd

Guys when you send your documents use gradintel if your university allows. I gave them access to my gradintel and they received the documents within 24 hours. Saves you at least a week I guess and also postage charge.
