AOR 10 Dec, got refusal on Aug 8 for wrong NOC code. Filled a reconsideration request through webform on Aug 13 and thus got a reply on Aug 24 that they are processing my application and required additional documents in 7 days to show that my sibling is resident in Canada as I claimed points for that.
Now i am just wondering why all of a sudden they come up with a new point rather than my NOC code or related inquiry which i expected.
Is this normal ? What are my chances as i have uploaded all the recent documents to prove my siblings residency ?

Just go ahead and send them the docs that support sibling rel in canada - even if you have to resubmit the same docs again - and ask them if they need anything more than what you have provided after uploading the siblings docs..
They are trying to finalize your app and you should get your ppr in less than 2 weeks or max 1 month if they are satisfied with your medical status ..

Give it a day or two - make sure they have the correct email id and check your spam folder everyday..
They might also be holding it to send it in a batch or by the weekend ..
Hang in there - Congrats - Atleast you know the wait is finally over
Try Google hangout and call this # +1 613-944-4000.. Wait until the operators message gets over and you will be transferred from global services to ircc or choose options 1 1 1 for the transfer

Received my gcms notes today and I was expecting to learn something new but it does not show much extra information which can be useful to know. Any thought on this

Your case is exactly like mine, I am Nov 30 AOR, when I got GCMS notes in June, there was a RR on sibling residence so I uploaded all the relevant docs related to his residence via web form in June end. Still waiting for what will happen, also I didn't get any refusal/rejection, just waiting, have ordered 2nd GCMS in Aug mid, Fingers crossed lets see.
