Criminality check, they ask rcmp Fingerprint...which were received on 13 aug. So just waiting now for there further response

I had RCMP fingerprint request July 31st. Then 3 weeks later they asked for my police certificate(I am american, FBI)

You do not have AIP or DM anywhere? Have you checked ecas?

Landed this afternoon. The office in my city (London, Ontario) is small, there was no one waiting in front of us. The whole process took about 15 mins.
The officer asked a bunch of questions (more like chatting with us), and didn't really ask us for the documents mentioned in the landing email, except for our proof of income/paystubs (which I don't see the importance of), passports, and 2 pieces of photos for the card.

Best of luck to everyone who's still waiting, keep the faith and stay positive, I'm sure good news is around the corner!

You got me wrong ...I got request on 26 july and I completed on 27 july. it was receive and uploaded on my file on 13 aug by cic. But it havent been assessed yet by officer....

Yea I talk with agent and he said The document hasn't been reviewed by officer

Hello, a valid passport was requested from me today but I am a failed refugee claimant and my passport also expired last week. I was told u should write back indicating they have my passport and send a copy of the certified copy I was given. My question is, is passport request a sign that my application is moving forward? Is it a good thing? Cos I've been on bgc since March 29. Someone pls help.
