Nothing after that.
From checking other posts looks like they are still working on January applications. So 4 moths of waiting without update I guess!!!!

I have seen some are got their PR from month of April as well , so its just luck i would say and plus middle of september they focus on family sponsorship cases because students they got theirs .

It takes average of 4 months from AOR1 as per past records to get medicals. A total of 10 months average from A to Z but again every case and table is different. Some go past 12 months while other lucky fellows get COPR within 1st 6 to 7 months ++some even much more faster

My ECAs has new line added today for PA. We started processing on 27 August. Is this normal? Does it has any significance?

Do you have any idea why an application stays in Sydney . I am a Dec 4 applicant . Medical completed in Feb 2019 . Then there is not update or File transfer happened . I ordered GCMS notes and it shows Secondary Visa office is New Delhi . and there are no notes nothing after the Medical Date.

In past it was Mississauga , now all out land sponsorships are dealt with by Sydney. Some ppl had seen similar things happened in the past as you.
NDVO did not forget you but they are certainly overloaded as always; they also deal with other countries like NEPAL and BHUTAN. At an average total time seen by NDVO is around 10 months from 1st receipt =AOR1 so you can bet something is coming soon as my per guess SEPT is very lucky4U.
