For me, they asked for POF + other financials during the application process. Nothing upon landing other than declaration of brinign in more than CAD 10k.

You mean business proposal/plan?

If so, well, it is not requested by the IRCC. However, if included, it makes your application strong and credible. I did not include it as a separate file. Instead, I referred to it – saying “according to my business plan, ….”

thank u my bro , u are very active here ,i would like to know and ask u about the schedual 6a when u fill the part containing the number of the account and how much u have in it .My question is what if u have 30000 dollars and after 6 or 1 year they ask for the proof of funds but u dont have the same amount of money anymore ? because they dont ask of the POF in the first place but they ask u to put a number in your account?

Thanks. The point of POF is you prove to the IRCC that you have enough money for the first 12-month stay in Canada. So, as long as you have this amount in your account and you can present a bank statement (when requested), then no worries. It is good that your bank statement shows regular transactions.

i was living out my country for more than 6 months so i guess i need police certificate but im going to apply without it and wait til they ask for it what do u think ? and when they are going to ask?

No worries. You can send the application without it. Remember, if you cannot get the PCC, sooner or later, then you should inform the IRCC on this and mention why.

ok thank u , my net worth is more than 170.000 and my account has 24000 and i have a loan about 20000 ,is it going to be a problem ?

This is before medicals.. They had a few updates required to forms.
financials included properties/assets and their valuations... Updated bank statements

It will just delay your application... If you need pCc then havd it ready and sent across with the application... Save time and less hassles for the visa officer

Didn't submit any formal business plan nor licenses for my business... Just my portfolio with client work from various countries and letter of references. Along with a one-pager on how i will contiure to support and be self employed in canada
