i have a canada w-1 visa which is processed by my previous organization which valid till aug-2020. due some issue i left my organization. now i am working in different organization.
here i have few doubts
1. can i travel to canada with this w-1 visa?
2. can i work in canda with this w-1 visa?
3. if i can travel with this visa and after entering into canda can i do the job search there?
after entering can i apply for PR?

If your work permit was supported by your previous employer - then it's almost certain you have a closed work permit and can't use it to work for anyone else.

A visa does not define who you can work for. it's just for entry purpose. You need to disclose the details on your work permit for us to determine whether you can work for another employer. The work permit is the big letter sized paper.
Sorry! I might misunderstood your situation. If you have not traveled to canada, it is likely that your work permit is a closed one. which means you may not be able to work for another organization without updating the information with the CIC or reapply. But I am not completely sure.

"Work Permit" is a special letter-sized paper which is not sticked on your passport and it defines details of what kind of work you can do and who you can work for. It is not the "VISA" sticked to your passport. They usually issue Work Permit upon your first arrival to Canada at the port of entry.
