After AINP nomination, does IRCC take regular 6 months to process PR application or they take less time for nominated candidates? Anyone has idea abt this.

It has been 5 months since I got file number. EE scheme. CRS 383. Relative in Alberta. Called and emailed them to ask about the status but no reply from AINP. Havent got any calls or emails from them since I got the file number. What is happening guys?
