You have to send new application for your spouse as you sent yours for federal and pay fee and send them marriage certificate...

Will adding spouse in existing application delay the processing?
If yes.. will it be too long?
After adding spouse Do we need to mail them paper based? Or
Do we need to upload in our online account or webcorm?

It will definatly delay there is another person to so eligibilty security medical etc for sure it will add extra time and better dont do your self het a representative little mistakes can delay even further
