ECA Report: Two or more diploma or degree option

Hi All,

I have sent a query regarding this to WES and they reevaluated my credentials and issued a new report stating my summary as Diploma 2 Years and Bachelors Four Years. Now i can choose two or more option without any doubt.

What was your IELTS score???? and I have also done Diploma 3 yrs and Degree 3 yrs. So I will get additional points right? Please reply. or msg me on mohak1990@gmail.com

It's all will depends on your ECA report. If it's awarded as diploma (3 years) for each of them then yes, you will get 2 or more certificate points.

When you create your EE profile, you will have to enter your qualifications individually and EE system will calculate it accordingly.

Ive graduated college in Toronto and treansferred to univerisity(1.5yr) and graduate from bacheor

It wouldnt work as 2 or more?

I enter these information into the ee profile, I got awarded points for "2 or more". I just put myself into the pool.

I have lateral degree as well. First an eight months diploma and got admitted to 3 years bachelor degree course and started in 2nd years straightaway. My ECA outcome is completion of college level certificate (1 year) and bachelor's degree (3 years).

Also my university told me the degree is a 4 year bachelors so my associates (2years) and bachelors (2yrs) may not count as a separate degree but rather one bachelors. So i am not sure if to bother with ECA

I put the dates on my transcripts.
Diploma: Oct 2011 - June 2012
Bachelor: July 2012 - July 2014

I hold almost similar two degrees as yours.
1. Diploma in Commercial Practice by State Board of Technical Education and Training, Karnataka
2. Bachelor's of Commerce by Karnataka University.

I got the report last year and I was not aware I could have it rectified, until I saw this thread.

My question is were you able to claim Yes to "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three years or more"?

When I check my CRS with this it's making a huge difference in my scores.

Also, Do you think I can have it rectified now given it's almost an year now ?
Any kind of response / advice is highly appreciated.

When a candidate is filling their EE profile, they should lists their qualification separately as well as their ECA report detail and EE system will calculate the points accordingly.

You can try to contact WES and ask about your enquiry. They may allow you to put a new file for re-assessment of your previously completed ECA report. There is no harm in trying.

Thanks a lot for your advice. I've applied to WES for re-evaluating my ECA report.
Hope to get it rectified soon. Will update this thread once I get a response from WES.

Unfortunately, there is no way to identify them. My PG Certificate from Scotland was 6 months program and was considered as 1 year Canadian Diploma.

I know someone who completed a 3 month Business Administration program from Australian Institute, don't remember the name which one and it was considered as 1 year College Certificate.

Mate quick question on this, can you remember how many credit points you had when you submitted for WES, I submitted it for the wes last week (Postgraduate Certification with 10 months and 90 scqf credits ) . But I'll get the Postgraduate diploma results mid next month (120 credits, 1 year), with the timeline I have (My IELTS is expiring this December) and considering how much time WES takes to evaluate, its a bit tight so wanted to know if there is a possibility of any similarity in getting selected as two or more option with the PG Cert early as possible
