I logged into eCAS with my Sponsor's details, and this is what i saw under Decision Made Status:

Sponsorship

1. We received your application to sponsor Tanyusuf on May 21, 2019.
   
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 24, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on July 23, 2019.
4. We sent you correspondence on July 26, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
5. We sent you correspondence on July 26, 2019 about the decision on your application.

However, the issue now is that my Sponsor has not received any correspondence up till this very moment.
Is there anybody who has experienced this too? How did you go about it? What do you advise i do?

Does your Sponsor provide valid email address or choose to receive Letter? I would advice to re-check the forms just in case He/She got wrong email in forms? and if the email is correct, Did he/She have Representative? if so correspondence will go to Representative.

We have checked the sponsorship forms and sponsor's email was well captured. We didn't use a representative and didn't even fill any form for representative. I am thinking that their correspondence will come to my sponsor as a mail. Anyways either by email or mail, sponsor hasn't received anything yet. I have also read about other applicants that had exact same experience. So I'm hoping to get a response on how they got past this issue

I would assume it lost in the mail/Canada Post. At least they have you email/PA to receive important information about the App and No lost time/ delay. btw how did you receive AOR?

The AoR i assume was part of the correspondence that was sent to the sponsor. See item 2 of correspondence sent to sponsor above.

Ask the sponsor to check the email. If there is no decision there, then the sponsor should contact IRCC by calling, or send CSE.

So you still don't have Application number? Sponsor would be able to get information from call Centre @ 1888242-2100 they will tell where the correspondence is going to perhaps wrong address.

Oh that email must being relieved the pain and agony of waiting from you. it's tough to wait more than two months. I'm waiting for SA, I feel your Pain.
