IQAS ECA timeline tracking

For me it was assessing for 2 days and final review for a month before I received a soft copy ( this was back in February). The timelines have changed now.

Yeah! Almost a month in line for processing, 2-3 days assessing (spouse's was less than a day), final review for almost 10 days.

Great. So it seems the time is consumed for sending AORs. Earlier AORs were sent within a month and rest of the process took almost 4-4.5 months

Yeah. Now the AORs come in after 4 months, rest is done within 1.5 months (apparently).

I had same issue with transcripts ( for my spouse). However there was no issue with evaluation done by IQAS and they accepted it. I would suggest you check with them before sending since the timelines have changed and I am not sure if they accept semester wise transcripts now.

Did you or did you not send the transcripts? Are you sure you sent them along the application, or separately?

The application received date is updated as per AoR if am not wrong. When did you send the transcripts? When did IQAS receive it?

Best is to call them and explain them clearly that it' s been long and your fellow candidates who have sent the documents with same timeline have already got the eca completed and you have not even received AOR. This needs immediate attention and investigation.These IQAS people are really slow and careless

Update: we called IQAS and they said the 1st package was received but the 2nd not yet. We sent them proof of deliveries both package was delivered via email as per their request. However still no updates in the system. Status still submitted as of Feb 27. As per their customer service we need to wait for their reply to our email and no timeframe given-as they have 400+ pending emails to attend. This is taking too long

Send them the transcripts along application on 8 the Feb. They didn't confirm the package/ application received.
If not received the package than what is Application received on 27 June.

Have you checked the escalation matrix. If its a negliciance issue from I QAs end. You can escalate it further.

I have a similar timeline, expecting ECA by the end of the month. I think the same applies to you.
