There's no specific attire indicated. I went in long sleeves and cropped pants, and wished I wore short sleeves and a skirt, though. For more convenience. LOL
My stand on why I applied for the program kasi is I don't have much experience on my field which is Hotel and Restaurant. I took a few trainings here and there but not full time work. For almost five years I have been working in sales and retail, tpos when I tried to apply for a hotel here, they could only me an entry level position.
Now the trick is how to incorporate that in my SOP.
Sorry to hear na narefuse yung application mo. But, you can always re-apply naman with stronger SOP. Just think of another program na related sa program na wala dito sa Pilipinas. Example, Pwede kang kumuha ng short business course like marketing, Pwede mong sabhin ung mga future plans mo na kunwari gusto mo mag business in the future and gusto mo ma expand yung knowledge mo sa marketing field. you have to make some research din na pwede mailagay sa SOP mo.
Based don sa hindi sila satisfy na uuwi ka ng pilipinas after your studies, you have to send them more proof of your properties siguro ( para malaman nila na may babalikan ka pa sa Pilipinas after a year or two) or explain to them na your parents ay nasa Pilipinas pa or kung may anak ka pwede mong sabihin na you can't stay longer sa Canada kasi sa mga anak mo

I did the impossible knowing that my intake will start this September but still I took the risk and applied even with not much time left on my hands.
Yea, ang cool nga pag Regular Stream because you can apply as soon as you are granted an acceptance letter by a learning institution. For SDS applications kasi, you have to wait until the university/college opens enrollment and releases the schedule of fees. In my case, for instance, although the amount for the entire first year was indicated in my acceptance letter, the university wouldn't let me enroll pa rin until around May. That's why I couldn't apply for a study permit sooner. One of the major requirements kasi for SDS application is payment receipt for first full year's tuition

Hi ... yep dito ako sa Phils. Sabi ng nakausap kong consultant di lang ganun ka strong yung SOP ko.... kumbaga kulang sa explanations... naghahabol talaga ako kasi Sept yung intake ko... saanh country ka?
I submitted my biometrics July 31 and I haven't heard back since. Is this normal? I still have my passport, applied through SDS on my own. I'm starting to get scared and nervous since it's almost mid-August. I appreciate any help or answers you can give. Thank you!!
