My status has been the same as the below since I first checked my account after the medical passed. I don't know which stage of the BG check this is? What can I expect next?

No - you don't need POF for CEC, just upload a letter of explanation to that field explaining you've been invited under the CEC and are exempt.

Nope nothing after the ghost update a couple days after my medical passed, so assuming i'm still in IP2 phase.

Don't think I've seen anyone from July get PPR yet?

Yes, status won't change until they stamp visa in your passport and officially approve the application. But you may have a ghost update on your application.
