We sent our medical on Aug. 3rd, passed Aug 8th. Forgot to include the submission date in my sig.

Is that the same email where it says that it's been transferred to Mississauga Visa office? Or will I receive another one after that saying that Mississauga Office has received our application?

As long as you got email for file transfer, you are good. MVO usually hands out PPR in 2-4 weeks.
