Thank you for the confirmation. Still i am little bit worried. If you look at May 6th applicant, most of the people receive the Decision made and medical request and my application is still in process stage. There must be something, but i dont know what it is.
Received an email from CIC that IMM 5669 was not hand signed and therefore they are requesting us to send updated forms for my father and mother to them within 30 calendar days.
Now, my mother recently developed a medical condition and we are sure that she will fail the medical test when asked to undergo. The question is, if we withdraw the application now, will we get any refund? If yes, we will withdraw the application. If no, we will just let it be and not proceed further/think about it at all.

@SAMHR I have submitted Webform for Correspondence not received. I will let you know once I receive the answer. You should do the same and ask CIC through Webform.
@YULIA-2016 can you please let me know I have one question. I can link my application online . I need to send one document online do i have to do it through web form or i can upload document directly on cic as my application is linked. Whats the best way to do it.

I just talked to a lovely agent. He reviewed my file twice! and he confirmed that no correspondence was sent and that it was a glitch in the system.
He did mention to keep an eye on my e-mail in the future. So no need to worry!!! this is probably why the agent you talked to could not find anything in your file. I hope this helps!
