Mine was in application receive since april 2019 then changed to inprocess when i hot medical request in june 2019 26 th . Then today got decision made.
 
Okk , mine medical done already in april 2019 and passed but after that status changed to AR .. after that no update .. thanks for updating
 
It looks like ones you pass 18 months mark, they don't care about your application. They have quality standards of completing 80 % of application in 18 months that's what cic cares of. Ones someone cross 18 months timeline they don't care.

You got it wrong its just they are steps that usually takes longer than a normal processjng time

Pre arrival june 19 2019

No update since pre arrival. LVO is Manila. Mygckey still says it hasn’t started my backgroundcheck. :(:(:(
