You have several ways either using your uci number, in which case you would select the correct identification type (client id/ uci) or you can use your applicant number provided in your AOR, in which case you would need to select applicant number for identification type

Does applicant number provided in your AOR match PR card number? I another question: is 1-888-242-2100 correct number? I tried it now and it cut off with voice reply("Sorry, due to high volume we are currently unable ...blah blah bla)).

It doesn’t match for me. Just literally take the number provided in your AOR as it’s there and it’s called application number.. mine starts like that C00....
