I think in ecas, their status changes from "in process" to "application received". This means your application was transferred to another office.

If you have sent your paper-based application to Syndey and the application was received on march 18, 2019, you should receive your AOR. If no, the AOR email may be received by your representative. You should link your application using your GCKEY.

U can check your ecas status using payment receipt number, with the help of this u can easily track the AOR date

Is it after “application received’’ then “In process” right?when transferred to another office then In process status shows?
